How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile tab → tap Delete Account at the bottom. This permanently removes your auth record and all of your data (profile, intakes, programs, check-ins, workouts, weight history, referrals). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and enter your email. You'll get a reset link. Tap it on the device with the Apex app installed and you'll be taken to a screen to set a new password.

An exercise video won't load.

Videos stream from Vimeo. If a single video won't play, check your connection and try again, or tap the "Skip" / "Mark complete" option to keep moving. If the issue persists, email us with the exercise name.

How is my Apex Score calculated?

Your daily check-in (energy, stiffness, soreness, sleep, hydration) feeds three numbers — Recovery, Readiness, and Consistency. The Apex Score is a weighted combination, scaled to 0–100. Tap the gauge on the home screen for the full breakdown and the specific factors driving each component.

Can I change my training program?

Yes — open the Programs tab, pick any program, and tap "Set as my program" (or just hit Start to begin immediately). Your previous program's history stays in your records. The Custom Workout of the Day on the home screen runs independently from your enrolled program.

My check-in is locked.

Daily check-ins lock once submitted to keep your history honest. You'll be able to submit a new check-in tomorrow at your local midnight.

How does the referral program work?

Each user gets a unique referral code in the Profile → Refer a Friend tab. Share it. When a friend signs up using your code, you both get credit toward a free month — full billing is rolling out separately.
